Pack Your Items
Securely place your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping packaging or a sturdy mailer.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
